Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, and product teams) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

3. Oversee the creation and implementation of campaign deliverables, ensuring they align with the brand and business objectives.

4. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and feedback loops.

6. Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks proactively.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and ensure integration of innovative strategies.

8. Work closely with analytics teams to measure campaign ROI and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

9. Ensure adherence to deadlines and high-quality standards across all marketing projects.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

2. 2-6 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.

3. Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
