Job Title: Senior Executive - Biddable Media


Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Senior Executive in Biddable Media to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and a strong understanding of biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, Twitter Ads and other programmatic advertising platforms. As a Senior Executive in Biddable Media, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage biddable media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, Twitter Ads and other programmatic advertising platforms.

2. Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

3. Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

4. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bidding strategies as needed to ensure efficient allocation of funds and optimal campaign performance.

5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

6. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders on key metrics and trends.

8. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in biddable media and digital advertising, and incorporate learnings into campaign strategies and tactics.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.

3. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.

4. Proficiency in biddable media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ads, and DSPs.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

8. Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
