Position Overview
Cogniter Technologies is seeking a Client Relationship & IT Support Specialist to bridge technology and client experience. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients—delivering exceptional IT support while fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at resolving technical challenges while ensuring client success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction
Understand client business needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
Proactively identify and address IT-related risks, including security gaps and outdated systems
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Act as the first point of contact for client IT support requests
Provide timely resolutions via phone, email, or remote access to minimize downtime
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors on escalated issues
Account & Service Management
Manage client IT portfolios, including software renewals, hardware upgrades, and cloud services
Track system performance and recommend improvements such as upgrades or cloud migration
Maintain accurate service tickets and client interaction records in CRM tools
IT Product Knowledge & Strategy
Stay updated on IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions offered by the company
Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client needs and new technologies
Advise clients on cybersecurity, automation, and infrastructure optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align IT solutions with client goals
Share client insights to support continuous improvement of products and services
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT support, client success, or a customer-facing technical role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues and managing multiple client accounts
Experience with CRM and service management tools
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
