Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more. Witnessing the huge need for the baby care segment, the brand has introduced compact, lightweight 'Baby Feather Diaper' wipes and Diaper Bin this year. Job Title –Customer Care Executive

Department – Customer Care

Working days and timings – 6 days 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Location – Ahmedabad

Experience: - Minimum 1 year

Qualification - Graduate

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
  • Coordinating with team mates
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Share open and closing counts for tickets, calls, and chats.
  • Manage refunds
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports
  • Handle order cancellations
  • Perform finance-related tasks
  • Conduct quality checks of calls and chats on a daily basis
