Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.Support senior team members in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.Assist in preparing sales reports, CRM updates, and lead tracking.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Achieve or exceed assigned targets and KPIs related to lead generation, conversions, and revenue.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and lead generation techniques.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Good to Have:Experience in B2B or B2C sales.Prior exposure to industries such as IT, SaaS, marketing, or services.Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
