We at #Ambuja Neotia are looking for a dynamic finance professional with strong expertise in statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting to join our dynamic Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial Statements as per IND AS and ensure timely completion of statutory audits with Big 4 auditors.
  • Prepare projections, quarterly accounts, and tax audit reports.
  • Handle XBRL, DPT-3, and other ROC filings.
  • Compute and manage Advance Tax.
  • Prepare and complete cost audits.
  • Prepare consolidated accounts and coordinate statutory audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports and other required reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all other applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, audit management, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS, Taxation, and ROC filings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems preferred.
