Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the entry level. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match job requirements.

Job Posting: Create and manage job postings to attract the right talent for various roles.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment progress.

Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media and other channels.

Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating and extending offers to selected candidates.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Eagerness to grow and develop in the talent acquisition domain.
