Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings by phone or email.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function (a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

MS-Excel/Word/Email writing (must)
