Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager specializing in Property Acquisition particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant QSR industry Based in Bangalore India the ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in QSR operations and expansion strategies Responsibilities 1 Identify and evaluate potential property opportunities suitable for QSR expansion in Bangalore India 2 Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess the viability and potential of each property 3 Develop and maintain relationships with property owners real estate agents and developers to secure favorable terms for property acquisition 4 Negotiate lease agreements rental terms and other contractual arrangements in alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints 5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal Finance and Operations to facilitate the property acquisition process efficiently 6 Coordinate site visits inspections and due diligence processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards 7 Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and recommendations for senior management regarding property acquisition strategies and opportunities 8 Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks 9 Assist in the development and implementation of expansion plans and strategies to drive business growth and market penetration in Bangalore 10 Support the HoD in other business development initiatives and projects as required Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Business Administrati
