If you are a proactive communicator with a passion for branding and engagement, we invite you to apply and be part of our dynamic team.What Youll Do:- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with Blackbauds local objectives and global vision.- Champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by developing and highlighting success stories, achievements, and company culture through various communication channels.- Create engaging content for internal communication channels (newsletters, email campaigns, intranet updates, and leadership communications, etc.) to inform and inspire employees.- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Administration, and Business Heads to ensure cohesive messaging and effective rollout of initiatives.- Support the execution of employer branding campaigns, leveraging social media, internal events, and digital platforms to enhance awareness and engagement.- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Coordinate with external partners and agencies for campaign development and execution as needed.- Assist in planning and executing CSR and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.What Youll Bring:- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in a tech or GCC environment.- Proven track record of building and executing employer branding strategies.- Strong storytelling, content creation, and campaign management skills.- Experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and branding technologies.- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.- Familiarity with Indian talent market dynamics and cultural nuances.- Experience working with external branding partners or agencies.- Exposure to CSR or employee engagement initiatives.Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTubeBlackbaud is a digital-first company which embraces a flexible remote or hybrid work culture.Blackbaud supports hiring and career development for all roles from the location you are in todayBlackbaud is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment.
