Job Title: IT Staffing Account Manager / IT Recruiter Lead
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Staffing Account Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with customers and Tier 1 Vendors for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, working on them daily both individually and with the team, and delivering and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 Vendors, Preferred Vendors, Integrators, and clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the recruitment team.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs, while also working on your own submissions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on vendor performance and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates and vendors before submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
