Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing suitable workforce solutions. This role involves a combination of sales, client management, and recruitment, with a focus on expanding the client base and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their staffing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess needs and performance.


Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and staffing trends.
  • Present staffing solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.


Staffing & Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the client’s job requirements and culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective placements.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of placed candidates to ensure client satisfaction.


Contract & Proposal Management:

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.


Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of staffing trends, employment laws, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.


Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
  • May involve attending industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows.
