Title: Human Resource SpecialistLocation: MumbaiExperience: 3-5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Human ResourcesAbout the Role:- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of HR operations including compliance, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and HRMS administration.- This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth HR functioning and regulatory compliance.Key Management:- Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance-related documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.Onboarding & Induction:- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires, including setting up employee profiles in HRMS (e.g., GreytHR), coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Payroll Administration:- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data validation, salary computation, disbursement, and adherence to statutory requirements.Attendance & Leave Management:- Monitor attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to ensure accurate payroll inputs and effective workforce planning.Employee Lifecycle Management:- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.HR Collaboration:- Partner with business units to understand HR needs and provide operational support aligned with organizational priorities.Audit & Documentation:- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure readiness for internal and external HR audits through proper documentation and compliance reporting.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR or similar platforms.- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR reporting.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Strong analytical and problem-solving Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance functions.- Experience working in fast-paced or mid-sized organizations preferred.Why Join Us- Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic HR team.- Exposure to diverse HR functions across compliance, operations, and employee engagement.- Supportive and growth-driven work environment with opportunities for career development (ref:iimjobs.com)
