Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales footprint within the insurance industry by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through our field sales network. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.


Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (brokers, agents, etc.) within the insurance industry.

2. Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our insurance products and services.

3. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

3. Strong understanding of insurance products and the insurance sales process.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
