Job Summary

In this role, your main focus will be driving all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including design, development and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of automation tools, platforms and tools. Implementing best practices in coding/development of email campaigns including Ad-hoc and Lifecycle campaigns, delivering long-term solutions for email production efficiency and accuracy, provide solutions for fellow Marketing Delivery team members, as well as, create advanced email campaigns. You may also have an opportunity to drive Account Centers Web application and web-based applications.

Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for end to end Email Campaign Management

- Implement and managing segmentation, campaigns, and journeys/sequences.

- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML & CSS at a minimum). Hands-on on Adobe Photoshop application and performs PSD to HTML conversions using content builders like Visual editor/Taxi for Email.

- Knowledge of email testing practices (such as, A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, etc.) and perform proof reading/email rendering tests on Litmus/Email on Acid.

- Ensure campaign health and deliverable execution using project management tools such as Workfront, Appian, Google Docs, Jira, Slack, and Basecamp.

- Performing Quality analysis as part of peer audit and maintaining the Quality checklist.

- Ensure campaign requests are accurately and efficiently fulfilled within agreed timescales.

- Producing and analyzing campaign reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

- Can tackle tasks that require creative and technical know-how, and do what is required of you to ensure the success of an email campaign

Reports to: Lead or above

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Information Technology & Services, Marketing & Advertising

- 2-5 years of experience in Email Marketing/Campaign management using Epsilon's PCM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign and similar tools a plus

- Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B testing, and measurements
