Location: Pune (Onsite) | Experience: 1–3 Years

CloudPrism is a fast-growing technology partner delivering Salesforce, Fullstack, AI, and Staff Augmentation solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of IT services, client needs, and consultative selling. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to CloudPrism's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Conduct cold outreach and qualify leads
  • Research markets, identify new business opportunities, and align offerings
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development in IT/tech consulting
  • Proven experience with cold calling, prospecting, and client follow-ups
