Role: HR Generalist
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site)
We are a marketing technology startup based in Mumbai, helping SMEs and amp; Enterprises to build and maintain their marketing technology stack and sales pipelines. We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our Mumbai-based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management.
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- Resolve employee grievances
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies
