Key Responsibilities:- Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits.- Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity linked bonus, Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy.- Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.- Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking.Required skills:- Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades- Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives.- Should have experience of Job evaluation and benefits benchmarking.- Strong numerical and quantitative aptitudeMax Budget - 25 lpa (ref:iimjobs.com)
