Job Description Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop reward strategies that support business objectives. Conduct market analysis to ensure salary structures remain competitive in the financial services industry. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Provide guidance to the HR team on compensation and benefits policies and practices. Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making on employee remuneration. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to compensation and benefits programs. The Successful Applicant A successful Manager - Compensation and Benefits should have: A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of C&B experience Proficiency in Tamil is important Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the financial services industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Experience in designing and implementing reward strategies. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
