This role is ideal for someone who enjoysanalyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading execution of improvement projectswith measurable impact ontime, cost, and quality .You will act as the bridge between management and executives, ensuring that improvement initiatives are implemented effectively and reported systematically.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect and prioritize processes for improvement at department/function level. Guide executives in conducting process studies, data collection, and implementation. Monitor progress using definedKPI metrics (time, cost, quality) . Consolidate and submitweekly progress reportsto management. Conduct review meetings and ensure accurate documentation of improvements. Coordinate with department heads and process owners to achieve buy-in.What We’re Looking ForExperience:3–5 years in process improvement, operations excellence, industrial engineering, or related roles. Skills:Strong in process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI measurement, and project coordination. Traits:Structured, proactive, people-oriented, and detail-driven. Knowledge:Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma exposure preferred (certification a plus).
