Job Description: Team Lead - Client Servicing


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead in Client Servicing, with a focus on influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and leading a team to achieve exceptional results. Experience in handling celebrity collaborations and partnerships is a significant advantage for this role.


Responsibilities:

● Lead a team of client servicing professionals to deliver exceptional results in influencer marketing campaigns.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing strategic guidance to meet their goals.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and operations, to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.

● Identify and onboard influencers and celebrities who are the right fit for client campaigns, negotiating terms and managing partnerships effectively.

● Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

● Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to clients, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

● Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced

degree preferred.

● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in client servicing, with a focus on

influencer marketing.

● Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and

delivering results-driven influencer marketing campaigns.


● Experience in collaborating with celebrities and managing high-profile partnerships is highly desirable.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

● Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.

● Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

● Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools for campaign management and performance analysis.
