Job Title: Line Manager (Flows)
Job Locations: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Nagpur
Opportunity: Leverage your extensive industry expertise to lead a high-performing team, develop strategic collection plans, and drive business expansion in emerging markets.
Experience Range: 4 - 10 years of experience in any financial industry and current experience in handling a large portfolio.
What you will do:
- Manage Bucket level resolution, Roll Back and Normalisation targets achievements along with capacity planning.
- Managing customer queries & complaints with efficient redressal mechanisms in place.
- Responsible for setting up robust fraud management & operations practices to reduce the delinquency rates.
- Identify and develop channel partners to create effective field force as per the business requirements.
You may be a good fit if:
- You are well versed with domestic geographical pockets and improve the scope of collection.
- You have effective team management experiences.
- You have sharp expertise in SKIP tracing methods.
- You have strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey.
- You have sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance.
- You have sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes.
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post graduate with service industry experience.
