We are seeking an experienced National Sales Head to lead the Geyser division for a leading consumer durable brand. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in the Geyser or Water Heater category and a proven track record of driving sales growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives for the Geyser category.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team across regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Strengthen partnerships with distributors and retailers while expanding the sales network.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Optimize sales operations by tracking performance metrics and implementing improvements.
- Provide input for product development based on customer insights and market needs.
