Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the National Sales Head located in Ghaziabad at Sona Machinery Limited. The National Sales Head will be responsible for business planning, team management, channel sales, and overall sales and marketing strategies to drive market growth and expand customer base.

  • Team Management and Leadership
  • Channel Sales and Distribution Management
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Agriculture or Grain processing industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
