Job Overview:

The BDR Lead will lead a team of Business Development Representatives, drive pipeline growth, and ensure the team meets its RFQs & sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, cold calling, talking to clients (CXOs or decision-makers), exceptional team management skills, and a passion for employee benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring Sales team gets RFQs on time and own a target of a minimum of 70 RFQs monthly along with the team

- Supervise and mentor a team of BDRs to ensure high performance and professional growth. Ensure each BDR meet their targets of getting min 20 RFQs in a month without fail. Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's effectiveness and productivity.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies.

- Develop and refine scripts, pitches, and outreach methods to improve engagement with potential clients

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the BDR team.

- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement & provide regular sales reports to track team's performance & progress.

- Drive the development of a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation strategies & oversee the qualification of leads to ensure they meet the company's Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years as a team lead

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of the employee benefits industry is a plus.
