Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure they comply with accounting standards.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Handle GST and TDS filings along with E-Invoicing.
- Perform statutory calculations and manage uploads effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA Qualification. (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
