- We are seeking an accomplished and strategic sales leader to spearhead our banquet sales initiatives across India.

- This role is pivotal in enhancing revenue performance, elevating customer experience, and developing innovative sales strategies for wedding, corporate, and social banquet segments across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute national banquet sales strategy across all hotel locations.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.

- Collaborate with property-level sales teams to craft competitive packages and upsell event services.

- Manage client relationships with key corporate, wedding planners, travel agents, and DMCs.

- Oversee banquet space utilization and maximize profitability through smart pricing strategies.

- Standardize banquet offerings and create unique thematic event experiences to differentiate the brand.

- Track sales KPIs, forecast performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

- Mentor regional banquet sales managers and foster a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile:

- Extensive background in hotel or hospitality sales with specialization in banquets/events.

- Strong client network in corporate and wedding segments.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; relationship-building is second nature.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to team development and Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.

- Certifications in Event Management, Wedding Planning, or Hospitality Sales are an advantage
