Job Summary:

The National Sales Head MICE will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.

This leadership role requires extensive experience in hotel sales, a deep understanding of MICE business dynamics, and strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to maximize revenue in the MICE segment.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to secure high-value business.

- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and

optimizing existing accounts.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals across regions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Budget & Forecasting: Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts to ensure profitable operations.

- Brand Representation: Promote the hotels MICE offerings at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

- Negotiations & Contracts: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposals with prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with a focus on MICE.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and MICE segment trends.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.

- Networking & Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Existing strong client network within the MICE industry.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for event promotion.

- Knowledge of CRM tools and hotel revenue management systems
