About Our Client Navora Recruitment, under the aegis of Maritimesolutionsltd, is hiring a Technical Account Manager for our global maritime technology client — a leader in vessel management, connectivity, and cyber-secure IT operations. The company delivers mission-critical maritime solutions with precision, reliability, and innovation, supporting fleets across international waters.Overview We are seeking a client-centric Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can bridge technology, operations, and customer success. This role is ideal for someone who understands IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery — and can translate complex technical needs into actionable solutions.As the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients across the maritime and logistics ecosystem, you will manage technical onboarding, drive service excellence, oversee SLAs, and ensure that systems remain reliable, optimized, and future-ready.This role blends technical consulting, project coordination, and relationship management — all while working closely with engineering, support, product, and vendor teams.What Will You Do? • Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their technical needs are captured, understood, and executed. • Oversee service delivery performance, ensuring SLA compliance and exceptional client satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal engineering, cybersecurity, network, and product teams for seamless deployment and issue resolution. • Lead technical onboarding, configuration, integration, and implementation for new and existing clients. • Conduct periodic Technical Account Reviews to assess system health, highlight risks, and recommend performance improvements. • Provide strategic technical guidance to help clients plan upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. • Proactively monitor client environments to detect, mitigate, and resolve technical issues before they escalate. • Analyze client infrastructure and propose optimization, modernization, and risk-reduction strategies. • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, network setups, IT assets, integration paths, and SLAs. • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality delivery. • Deliver product and systems training to client teams for improved adoption and operational efficiency. • Support change management initiatives, ensuring updates, patches, migrations, and rollouts are executed smoothly.Qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Engineering. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and enterprise connectivity solutions. • Proven experience managing complex client relationships in a technical environment. • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language. • Strong project coordination skills with a detail-oriented and accountable approach. • Customer-first mindset with proactive, solution-driven problem-solving. • Ability to manage multiple clients and simultaneous technical initiatives. • Willingness to travel across regions and me zones based on client requirements. • Fluent English (spoken and written).Additional Qualifications • Experience in the maritime, transportation, or logistics domain. • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project. • Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC). • Knowledge of SLA reporting, performance monitoring, and client analytics tools.What’s on Offer? • Opportunity to work with a global maritime leader at the forefront of digital and cyber innovation. • Exposure to advanced infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, and connectivity ecosystems. • Competitive compensation and performance-driven growth opportunities. • A dynamic, collaborative environment that values ownership, trust, and customer excellence.If you believe you're a strong fit for this role and meet the qualifications listed above, please apply at: roohi@maritimesolutionsltd.com or contact Roohi Mehta@+658725980
