About the Role:

- As the Vice President of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's client portfolio.

- You will be responsible for new client acquisition, business development, and revenue maximization, representing the company at the highest levels in the media, digital, and advertising ecosystem.

- This leadership role requires a proven growth strategist with strong business acumen, deep media industry knowledge, and the ability to cultivate C-level relationships while leading teams to deliver ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry events, publications, and announcements.

- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting prospective partners and clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Screen opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials, and evaluating business risks vs. returns.

- Build a strong sales pipeline, cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities, and managing/expanding existing relationships.

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through new client acquisition and upselling.

Partnerships & Negotiations:

- Develop negotiation strategies by aligning client needs with company goals.

- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and deal closures with high-value clients.

- Integrate contract requirements into business operations and delivery models.

-Represent the company in strategic discussions, industry forums, and media partnerships.

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:

- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company vision.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in digital, social, and traditional media.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

- Champion the use of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to network with prospects, amplify brand visibility, and drive business influence.

Leadership & Representation:

- Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for the company.

- Mentor and inspire sales and business development teams to achieve peak performance.

- Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality and managing risk.

- Enhance organizational reputation by exploring new growth avenues and adding strategic value.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 12-15 years of proven experience in business development, growth leadership, or media sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of the media landscape: digital, social, and traditional channels.

- Proven track record of closing large business deals and managing multi-million revenue portfolios.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, analytics, and business development tools.

- Strong analytical mindset, data interpretation skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and growth mindset.

- Exceptional time and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
