Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, delivering product presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.


Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technical knowledge.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations.
