Purpose of the Position:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP understands the financial impact of people-related business decisions and partners with key business stakeholders and HR colleagues to develop and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and support business priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to participate in business planning and strategy development.
  • Ensure HR strategy aligns with business priorities and contributes to the development of business unit (BU) strategies and roadmaps.

2. Organizational Development:

  • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessments.
  • Support leaders in meeting business objectives through effective HR and talent practices, adding value to business functions.

3. Talent and Engagement:

  • Drive and lead employee engagement initiatives to create a dynamic, inclusive,and high-performance environment.
  • Implement integrated talent management initiatives, focusing on learning & development, talent management, and HR operations.

4. Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Provide guidance on formulating BU-specific HR policies and systems, ensuring adherence to group guidelines.
  • Regularly update HR practices in line with changing business dynamics.

5. Change Management:

  • Provide insights on change management strategies and programs, including the establishment of a change management program office at the BU level.
  • Ensure adherence to Astral’s core values, vision, mission, and ethical guidelines.
