Responsible for OutcomesDevelopment and strengthening of culture ( zeno leader practices), to make ZenoHealth best place to work and employer of choiceIndustry leading Employee experience and engagementFulfilling the annual HR goals (OKRs) to meet business objectivesEfficient and effective HR processes and policiesDrive high performance in teams and organizationBuild a long-lasting relationship with employeesDevelop HRBP team to fulfill the HR OKRsDeliverables:Oversee overall day-to-day HRBP operations which includes onboarding, offboarding, engagement, events , performance management, rewards and recognition and grievance managementDrive continuous improvement and efficiency in HRBP processesCoaching and mentoring people managers to drive engagement and high performanceManage the performance review and improvement cycle of employeesPartner with key stakeholders on various HR related matters such as budgeting and workforce planningPartner with Business Leaders to shape a people strategy(hiring, engagement and development) that aligns and moves Zeno towards continued growth, innovation and improvementContinually audit and monitor compliance with HR policies and proceduresDriving a positive employee experience throughout their lifecyclePartner with Legal on employment and contractual requirements

What you will do day to day :Daily morning stand ups to overview the team outcomes and actionsHelping and engaging with team to deliver outcomeStakeholder connects at a defined frequencyConnecting with employees at a defined frequencySprint planning - a monthly or fortnight outcome planning for HR key results/initiativesDeep work related to improvement or insight gathering for creation of impactful projects

Education backgroundMBA HR - tier 1 - 2Or MSWGood school and bachelor experience

Experience you need to do the job:10+ years of experience of driving HRBP operations with growth stage organization ( retail, D2C)Worked with face paced /growth stage company and have done setup of workHave stability or have taken atleast 1-2 level raiseHave hands on experience with retail and corporate functionsManaged multiple teams across geographies
