We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President – Media  to drive growth, and foster meaningful relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Business Leadership:
  • Define and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the agency business vertical.
  • Acquire and retain high-value clients, with a focus on advertising, media campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across brands and businesses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term partnerships.
  1. Project Oversight and Delivery:
  • Oversee client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and identify media opportunities.
  1. Revenue and Profitability Management:
  • Take ownership of the P&L for the agency business, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets, balancing client satisfaction with agency growth.
  1. Industry Networking and Representation:
  • Represent Garage Collective at relevant industry events.
  • Strengthen and evangelise agency's visibility and reputation among advertising and marketing stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 14 years in relavnt experience in driving media business. Must have worked in agency or large publishers/Television advertising sales for last 5 years.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional client relationship and account management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Network: Established relationships with brands, media houses, and key players in the advertising and marketing industry.
