Senior Vice President & Business Head - Digital

Location: Network HQ, Noida


Republic Digital is on the lookout for an aspirational business leader who is excited to step into the role of Senior Vice President and Business Head – Digital.

As the Business Head of the Network’s digital operations, you will drive transformative growth in an ever-evolving digital ecosystem with a razor focus on revenue delivery as per targets and energetic approach to Connected Television Monetization. This position demands a visionary and deeply passionate leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional revenue results and a hunger to work with the most accomplished professionals in the news industry across departments.

Ideal candidates must have an exceptional ability to build strategic relationships and foster critical lasting strategic partnerships that grow the Digital revenue and achieve the organization’s business goals.

As Business Head, the chosen candidate will be held responsible for revenue targets by way of direct sales, CTV strategies, indirect, display and programmatic aspects, to deliver the overall business goals. The chosen Candidate will be expected to maximize monetization methods through the evolving platforms of connected TVs, and collaborate with the technology, product and editorial teams to achieve the overall vision of Republic Digital.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision: Develop, integrate and implement a high-impact digital business strategy and revenue targets that ensure sustainable growth, aligns with organizational objectives, and captures emerging opportunities.

Revenue Leadership: Drive exponential revenue growth through innovative business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and delivering beyond expectations. ⁠

Connected TV streams: Build robust monetization stream for the ever-growing connected television (CTV) feeds, by fostering fresh robust partnerships and enhancing existing ones.

Strategic Partnerships Leverage strong efforts to build critical strategic relationships that ensure continued growth of the digital vertical on the Business side.⁠

Team Empowerment: Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of digital Business professionals. Set clear goals, provide actionable feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.

Innovation and Agility: Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging data-driven insights and creative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in an exciting digital environment.

Client Excellence: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions and building long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.

Proven Leadership: 10 years of experience in digital business with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets and delivering innovative solutions.
