Magnon works with some of the biggest brands in the world, across five continents, including several Global 500 companies.We’re seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to lead operations and drive strategic growth for a Global B2B SaaS technology company.Responsibilities:Lead and manage teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Present performance dashboards and insights to clients, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, tech) to meet client goals.Ensure timely resolution of client queries and proactive problem-solving.Experience managing global clients & delivering to global standardsSkilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectationsStrong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketingPrior P&L ownership is a big plusPre-requisite:Strong exposure servicing to B2B SaaS clientele.Must have collaborated with creative, strategy, and tech teams.Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Apply or refer: pooja.malhotra@omc.com.
