About Us

Oxcytech Technologies is a 10+ year-old IT services company, now expanding aggressively into remote IT resource outsourcing. We specialize in providing highly skilled developers to startups and SMBs in India and the USA.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Full-Time) who can drive client acquisition and help us place our developers with IT companies.

About the Role

This is a full-time, performance-driven role for someone with solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies (India & USA).
  • Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
  • Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
Who Should Apply?

We're looking for proven sales professionals with:

4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition

Strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market)

Clear understanding of remote developer hiring

Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycle
