The primary responsibilities include assisting customers, providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The representative will use computer systems to document interactions and track customer issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. Should able to Speak 3 LanguagesQualifications- Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills - Should able to Speak 3 Languages: Telugu, English and Hindi - Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction with excellent interpersonal skills - Basic Computer Literacy to document and process customer interactions effectively - Clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude - Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is an advantage - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with a strong command of English required
