Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in New Delhi, India. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our clients, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their inquiries or concerns - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our database - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support - Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company - Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures - Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection protocols Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computers and various software applications - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Must be located in New Delhi, India or willing to relocate We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
