About BotCampus AIBotCampus AI is an AI upskilling and workforce transformation company operating across India and Dubai.We deliver AI workshops, multi-day bootcamps, and enterprise training programs for universities, corporates, ministries, and government entities in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain.We are now expanding our GCC footprint and hiring an operations professional to manage delivery, coordination, and partner workflows.Role OverviewWe are hiring an Engagement & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end execution of corporate and government training programs.You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and GCC partners, coordinating trainers, institutions, and corporate stakeholders.This is a high-responsibility hybrid role for someone organised, reliable, and good with multi-stakeholder workflows.Responsibilities• Schedule calls with ministries, corporates, universities, and partners• Maintain trackers for pipeline, communication, and follow-ups• Send proposals, confirmations, and meeting details• Coordinate trainer schedules• Manage LMS onboarding• Track attendance, logistics, and certifications• Handle learner communication and support• Prepare MoUs, agreements, and documents• Collect ID proofs and compliance records• Maintain organised digital folders for clients and partners• Generate invoices (India + UAE)• Track payments and maintain reconciliation sheets• Prepare decks, brochures, and communication templates• Manage weekly sync meetings and minutes• Ensure smooth, high-quality delivery for all engagementsWho Should Apply• Highly organised and dependable• Strong communication skills• Comfortable interacting with ministries, corporates, and senior leaders• Good with documentation and follow-ups• Able to coordinate trainers, partners, and clients independentlyRequired Skills• 2–6 years in operations, client success, admin, or PMO• EdTech, L&D, or consulting experience is a plus• Strong with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)• Strong English communication (written and verbal)• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder workflows
