About the Role :

We are seeking a highly driven and technically sound Program Manager to lead semiconductor chip design programs from RTL to GDSII, including post-tape-out phases. This is a strategic leadership role involving cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end program Responsibilities :


- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of chip design programs across RTL, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, and Tape-out.

- Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams including engineering, software, validation, manufacturing, and product management.

- Ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Mitigate risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.

- Act as the single point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers during program execution.

- Track and report KPIs like schedule adherence, resource allocation, budget, and quality.

- Support post-tape-out activities, including ramp-to-production, re-spins, and validation Qualifications :


- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science

- Minimum 7 years of semiconductor program/project management experience

- Deep knowledge of chip design lifecycle (RTL to GDSII)

- Hands-on with EDA tools like Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor

- Strong exposure to JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills


Good to Have :


- PMP certification or formal project management training

- Experience with ISO 26262 / ASIL (Automotive domain exposure)

- Background in product engineering or post-silicon Youll Gain :

- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global semiconductor leaders
