We are seeking Senior BDRs with a proven background in B2B digital / IT services sales with experience in agencies or studios. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into valuable clients while driving business growth.

Role and Responsibilities:


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of sales experience in digital services within an agency or studio setting is mandatory. 


Pipeline Generation:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Leverage lead generation tools to develop lead lists and build a healthy pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.


Multichannel Outreach:

  • Utilize outreach to engage potential clients via multichannel strategies, including email (preferably with tools such as Smartlead and Clay), phone, , and other digital platforms.


Lead Qualification:

  • Qualify prospects based on Tekhné’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and their digital solution needs.
  • Analyze client pain points to match them with Tekhné’s service offerings.


Digital Platform Selling:

  • Take ownership of digital services platform-based selling like Clutch, driving visibility and leads through these channels.


Client Engagement & CRM Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and ensure a smooth follow-up process.
  • Manage client interactions and pipeline data in our CRM software HubSpot.


Proposal & Strategy Support:

  • Collaborate with the internal team to review digital solutions, supporting the creation of tailored proposals and sales strategies.


Sales Presentations & Closing Deals:

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with business goals.


Meeting Sales Targets:

  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Sales Tools Proficiency:

  • Experience with email outreach preferably with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly and Clay.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and multichannel outreach techniques.


Proposal & Strategy:

  • Ability to review digital solutions and collaborate on creating proposals and sales strategies.


Communication & Negotiation:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering business value to clients.
  • Confident in delivering impactful presentations and closing deals.


Self-Motivation:

  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage time effectively.
