Role Overview:
As the Business Head - Retail, you will drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across premium electronics retail stores in West & North India. This is a strategic leadership role with complete P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute retail business strategy.
- Achieve revenue, profitability & expansion goals.
- Lead & mentor regional/cluster/store managers.
- Maintain premium retail standards & customer experience.
- Build strong vendor partnerships & ensure smooth supply chain.
- Report insights & business updates to leadership.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business / Retail Management.
- 10+ years in retail with at least 5 in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in premium brand retail (electronics/lifestyle).
- Strong leadership, business acumen & P&L management.
