Job description

We are looking for a responsible Sr. Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our UK based client/company. Duties of the Sr. Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and clients, assisting in daily activities.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: UK hours 8am to 5pm (1:30pm to 10: 30 IST)

Responsibilities

  • Answer the calls from client, vendor and management team in UK.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, engineers and vendors.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system digitally.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for existing and new clients
  • Liaise with field engineers and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manager.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office is must (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, email drafting etiquettes.
  • Experience in how to use CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus (Electrical Background /Experience)
