Finserv Home Finance Limited is a tech-enabled housing finance company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.Incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, Vridhi provides brick-and-mortar financial services with technology integration.The company is founded by experienced promoters and a founding team with over 75 years of combined mortgage experience in the banking and financial services domain.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Branch Sales Manager.The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations of the branch.This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, coordinating with various departments, and reporting on sales performance.Key Oversee day-to-day sales operations of the branch.- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis and forecasting.- Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior management.- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive business expansion.- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong problem-solving capabilities.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management.- Strong expertise in developing sales strategies, market analysis, and forecasting.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Proficient in customer service and resolving client concerns efficiently.- Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities.- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively on-site.- Preferred: Experience in the housing finance sector and familiarity with mortgage products.- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred (ref:iimjobs.com)
