This role will lead strategic business analysis across housing finance operations, focusing on digital transformation, LOS/LMS platforms, and AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a techno-functional expert who can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, identify and evaluate strategic partners, and drive innovation through AI and automation.Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead digital transformation initiatives across lending systems to enhance process efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.- Act as a subject matter expert for LOS/LMS platforms, mapping end-to-end lending workflows and identifying areas for automation or improvement.- Analyze and optimize lending operations including application processing, credit evaluation, disbursement, and collections.- Evaluate and onboard technology partners, vendors, and SaaS providers, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.- Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, and documentation to support development, testing, and implementation.- Drive Agile delivery practices, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting project updates, business cases, and insights to leadership.- Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and RBI/NBFC regulatory frameworks.- Monitor performance metrics, create dashboards, and track success of digital initiatives for continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience:Experience: 5 to 10 years in business analysis within BFSI, - Experience in housing finance or NBFCs or LOS/LMS product company focused on digital transformation initiatives is preferred.- Techno-Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of LOS/LMS platforms, lending lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks.- AI Acumen: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and business applications.- Partner Management: Experience in evaluating and onboarding technology partners and vendors.- Tools: DB SQL, python, BPM tools, data visualization platforms.- Communication: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.Preferred Attributes:- Exposure to cloud-based lending platforms and SaaS ecosystems.- Experience in agile delivery models and digital product development.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
