1. Support day-to-day operations: Assist in various operational tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining records to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
2. Customer service excellence: Collaborate with the customer service team to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Process improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
4. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze data to generate insightful reports, enabling accurate decision-making and strategic planning across departments.
5. Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and sales to support their operational needs, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination.
6. Compliance and risk management: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, contributing to the company's risk management framework.
7. Project support: Contribute to project management activities, such as planning, organizing, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
