The company is founded by experienced promoters and a founding team with over 75 years of combined mortgage experience in the banking and financial services domain.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations of the branch. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, coordinating with various departments, and reporting on sales performance.

• Sales Strategy Development skills
• Financial Services knowledge
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in mortgage lending is a plus.
• Connect with local DSAs and connectors.
Work location - Bangalore.
Involves on field work - Yes.
Salary - Best in market.
Training will be given.
