Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve branch-level sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to drive branch performance and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring timely corrective actions where needed.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance the teams productivity and skill set.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring high-quality service and relationship management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and market research.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (credit, operations, and legal) to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent sales planning, target setting, and execution skills.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software for reporting and tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure, make strategic decisions, and maintain high ethical Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 23 years in a leadership or branch management role (preferably in banking, housing finance, or NBFC sectors)
