Techno Commercial Channel Manager
Years of experience: 6+ years
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Description:
1. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions
2. Bring new partners/Partner customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing partners. Sending an email of company product details
3. Understand Partner customers & bring business needs
4. Co-ordinate with other company personnel such as the Support Team & management team to deliver & meet customer/partner expectations.
5. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners tech team.
6. Co-ordinate with partner sales personnel & maximize sales.
7. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
8. Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns of Channel Partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BE, B Tech, IT Bachelor's degree experience
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in System Integrator Channel Sales roles.
- Proven experience in System Integrator Channel Sales
- Strong Knowledge of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
